Shipping Policy
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. We use DHL Express service, UPS and/USPS (2-5 working days). For all international shipments including the EU delivery may take upto 10 working days, a signature may be required upon delivery of your order. We offer FREE delivery worldwide.
Opulentsy takes pride in expedited processing time. When the Opulently jewelry piece you ordered is already in stock we will ship it within 2 business days!
In case of expedited shipping, please choose from check out the desired shipping selection.
All orders placed with Express Delivery will only be dispatched as stated below:
- Orders placed before 6:00PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1 business days and 1-3 business day during the busy seasons such as the holiday season.
- Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
- Sunday and holiday delivery are not available
- Please note that some sizes for the rings may not be readily in stock, but our masters are always working around the clock to ensure fast delivery of high standard jewelry, normally it could take upto 1-3 weeks to finish the production and ship out the orders.

Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
